Reasons for cancelling:

By Pressing the "Submit Cancellation Request Now" button below, I AGREE to the following points:
1. All cancellations are subjected to a 30 days notice unless otherwise agreed upon by WebVisions.
2. All cancellations will only be processed if no invoices are due.
3. Services will be continued to be billed until a cancellation request is sent *and* processed.
4. You will receive a cancellation confirmation request within 48 working hours of submitting this request. If you have not received a return confirmation email by then, please kindly re-submit your cancellation.
5. Receipt of a return confirmation of cancellation via email is proof of cancellation.
6. By cancelling, you agree to pay all unpaid bills and termination costs immediately.
